We offer telephone support Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm PST. Our phone number is 888-858-9476. If all agents are busy, we'll transfer you to voicemail and create a ticket automatically on your behalf.
We strive to answer most tickets within 4 hours of receipt, but more complex issues may take longer. To ensure you get the support you need, include all information about the issue and your telephone number so that we may call you back if necessary.

OUR MISSION: The mission of our support team is to quickly resolve issues with the installation, registration and re-registration of our software. We will also work to resolve any issues regarding software "bugs" or malfunctions which we can replicate. These are often caused by changes in the operating system of the host computer and usually have workarounds.. Support is not available for training people in the use of our software. For training we offer several instructional videos and a comprehensive manual, available as a PDF download or in a printed version. We also have a strong and supportive User Forum available to all customers, and urge people to post questions there and participate in the Bead Creator Family. Thanks for your understanding.
